I'm a freelance web-designer which means I am self employed. This gives me the opportunity to work closely with my clients. People who work for big digital agencies often hand projects off to other colleagues to work on. Working with me there's none of that. There's no middle man, it's just me and you.

It all depends how much content you have built up already. If you have a website already or have content already put together then the process will go by faster. A website that has 1-4 pages would take less than a week. Anything more than 4 pages will take more than a week

I charge an hourly rate so it all depends on how much time it takes. 

Once I come up with a quote, you will have to put down a 30% deposit before beginning your site. Then the 70% deposit is paid after your website is complete.

Yes, you must purchase one of the maintenance plans.

Yes, everything that we build will be 100% owned by you. But if for any reason you decide you want to take your business elsewhere, we will happily assist you in making the transition as effortlessly and efficiently as possible. The website is yours after all, and we want you to take it wherever you go.

If you have a site already and you want me to redesign it that is perfectly fine.
